2003
Founding
The company was founded in Galați by two Romanian shareholders. Initial activity: installation of naval piping for Damen Galați Shipyard.
2005
Operational Expansion
Activity expanded to Aker Brăila Shipyard (now Vard Brăila) and later to Aker/Vard Tulcea.
2006
First International Collaborations
Partnerships with MCS Group Norway, Lisnave Portugal, and the Kleven shipyard in Norway.
2007
In-House Production
Started executing piping in rented locations. Main client: Aker Brăila.
2009
Local Recognition
Ranked 1st in the Galați County companies’ top list – medium-sized enterprises category.
2010
National Ranking
 • 6th place nationally in CAEN 3011 by gross profit.
• 1st place in Galați County companies’ top list – medium-sized enterprises.
2012

Our production hall is fully equipped to meet the technical demands of complex projects. The facility includes:
  • MMA, WIG-TIG, and MIG-MAG welding equipment
  • Lifting and transport systems
  • Pipe bending machines (sizes between 1” and 3”)
  • Compressed air generation systems
  • Plasma cutting equipment
  • Machining tools for chip removal processing
